Cancellation Policy

At Alchemy Aesthetics by Tiarni, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled time may incur a $100 cancellation fee.

Non-Attendance (No-Show)

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a $100 fee, which must be paid prior to booking future appointments.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your booking and will be applied toward your treatment.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or non-attendance.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.
